Sunday, towards the pagoda Khanh-Anh of Evry, for the celebration of Vesak (or Wesak). Vesak (named after the first month of the Hindu calendar, Vaisakhi) is the most sacred Buddhist calendar. It is the day commemorating the birth, enlightenment and death of Buddha by the Buddhists. The commemoration takes place at the day of Poya May (full moon in May).
