La Faisanderie de Sénart #2 : Coté Jardin

Suite de notre promenade dans la faisanderie de Sénart (Coté jardin, cliquer sur la photo pour voir le panoramique en grand). Louis XVI chassait à Sénart régulièrement, soit à tir, soit à courre. Monsieur frère du Roi, Comte de Provence, y fit construire par l'architecte Chalgrin, une faisanderie (en 1775). C'était un ensemble de style assez sobre, entouré d'un terrain clos de murs et formant un Hameau. La remise en état des bâtiments, utilisés comme dépôt de matériel, et fort délabrés, fut entreprise en 1970, en même temps que les 3 ha de terrain étaient remodelés et aménagés pour recevoir le musée de sculpture....A suivreAfter our walk in the Faisanderie Sénart (garden side, click on the photo to see the panoramic large). Louis XVI to Senart regularly hunted, or shot, or run. Mr King's brother, Comte of Provence, also built by the architect Chalgrin a Faisanderie (in 1775). It was a whole spartan style, surrounded by a field enclosed by walls and forming a hamlet. The rehabilitation of buildings used as storage of equipment and very dilapidated, was taken in 1970, along with 3 ha of land were remodeled and arranged to receive the museum sculpture ....
