L'année 2013 commence mal, alors que mon ménisque va mieux, j'ai contracté une Névralgie cervico-brachiale (qui part du cou et descend jusque dans la main droite, aussi surnommé "la sciatique du bras"). J'ai du mal a utiliser mon bras droit, et donc repos, Anti-inflammatoires et Ostéopathie. Evidemment mon blog sera au repos aussi (cette semaine j'avais déjà tout programmé)...A suivre
The year 2013 starts badly, then my meniscus is better, I contracted a cervico-brachial neuralgia (which part of the neck and descends into the right hand, also known as "sciatica of the arm").
