"L'ancien fief du lieu-dit Grand-Bout, dont les traces d'occupation remontent au Moyen Âge, a presque toujours été la propriété de seigneurs appartenant à la noblesse de robe. Au XIXe siècle, les lieux ont successivement été la propriété de MM. Decauville, Aguado et Revenaz. Ce dernier, riche banquier et armateur d'origine savoyarde, en a fait don en 1863 aux religieuses de l'ordre de Notre-Dame-de-Sion, et plus précisément à leur fondateur, le père Théodore Ratisbonne...." A l'entrée d'Evry Petit-Bourg (sur la sortie de la RN7) nous trouvons une borne d'angle Michelin de 1932 (les dernières bornes Michelin seront installées en 1971). Cette signalisation routière est en lave émaillée sur béton armé. Certaines bornes font parties du patrimoine historique (malheureusement la borne d'Evry n'est pas entretenue). At the entrance of Evry-Petit Bourg (the output of the N7) we find a corner post Michelin 1932 (the latest Michelin terminals will be installed in 1971). The road signs are in lave enamelled on reinforced concrete. Some terminals are part of the historical (unfortunately corner post Michelin Evry is not maintained).
